Why is this unit matters

Computer process information. we enter information into a computer system(input), where it is processed, and then we receive back a useful response(Output).

Typing on a keyboard, taking digital photo and listening to music this is an example of input and output devices. They allow us to collect information from the world around us, process it and then have it returned to us in a suitable format.
