4.6 How does ICT help business and personal communication?

Email

Email is the most common method of communication a business context is email. Allow sending-create messages , attach files, send messages and choose recipients. Allow receive-open and read messages, download, save and read attachments and save and organise their emails in folders.

Instant messaging (IM)

One of the problems with email is that the email application has to be open for you to receive a message so you van read it. IM allows two or more people to exchange messages over the internet. Messages are transferred instantly.

Video conferencing

It is hard to tell how someone is feeling about something, and easy for readers to misinterpret what you are trying to say. Video conferencing allows users to  see each other’s reactions;it is also more personal.
